The IFA Mission
The International Futures Association (IFA) aims to Reevaluate Regulations that have become common practice under the National Futures Association (NFA).
Our primary objective is to proactivley work with all Introducing Brokers, Commodity Trading Advisors, Futures and Options Exchanges, Futures Commissions Merchants and other resource providers associated with the Futures Industry to ensure member stability.
The IFA looks for industry support in its efforts to collect data pertaining to the Regulations and Policies that are common practice of the NFA.
ATTENTION APs: We are in search of brokers who have been tainted by rule 2-9 that have had trouble finding employment in our industry. This guilty by association rule is unjust and we want to hear from you. If you or anyone you know has had issues with the guilty by association rule 2-9 please fill out our survey. A class action may present itself.
Letters have been sent out with surveys attached and we want to hear from you. Now is the time to voice your concerns and be heard without consequences of Regulatory Action.

1/29/08 It's time to wake up! We have the newest list of firms that have been disciplined. Guess what, if you have worked for any one of these companies you are tainted for life. FCMs are also having a difficult time retaining IBs who have tainted brokers aboard. It is our belief that the NFA looks to eliminate the entire competition.
