The NFA failed to prove guilt and sided with opinion in a reckless and negligent attempt to silence Mr. Kerpe's defense. No material evidence, faulty testimonies filled with contradictions spilling through, and now the CFTC lost/overlooked the very documents that Mr. Kerpe sent to those who could overrule the NFA.
Amazing that they cashed the $100 given for the appeal and now Benjamin Kerpe has no chance to have his ruling overturned. This industry reeks of corruption.
I have read the entire report and I have made the conclusion Benjamin Kerpe is straight forward. I like the part where they deny Benjamin Kerpe the ability to collect the tape records of his converstaions with Mr. Shah. If the NFA was about deciding Benjamin's character wouldn't it be important to allow the tape records into the hearing? Before anyone judges Benjamin Kerpe, I demand you meet him. He's a great guy with a great personality. I'm sorry good people like Benjamin Kerpe are subject to such nonsense!
I have been a friend and client for years to state Benjamin Kerpe is NOT a cheat, fraud, or deceiver. He is a good person with nothing but the best intentions. I firmly believe he has been slammed by the NFA without merit.
Ben, you should post the document you showed me on this site. Show the public that the NFA did not allow for you to collect the tape records for your defense in addition to the letters written from you clients who support you in full. All this should out weigh any judgement/opinion made to atttack your character. Anyone giving merrit to bogus enforcement rulings based on air really should try a bit harder to read between the lines. Never the less, there will always be those quick to judge and believe the sky is falling.
